new build | SOUTH YORKSHIRE | green belt

S11 Architecture were appointed to craft the perfect home in Coal Aston, using their design expertise to create an open-plan and spacious family home.

Due to the location in a green belt, the application process was challenging. Previously no homes had been constructed in this area. Peter worked closely with the client and planning officers to successfully secure planning approval. In doing so, the client was able to enjoy the perfect home without any amendments or abnormal conditions applied. The new home is nestled within a coppice with the upper floors offering stunning uninterrupted views of the local valley.

This project is currently due to complete at the end of 2023.

S11 Architecture were appointed to create a new forever home for a local family in the Millhouses area of Sheffield.

Demolishing the existing aged bungalow to design and build a sustainably efficient, spacious and delightful dwelling that will be the family home for decades to come - handed down through generations.

S11 Architecture were appointed to help a family in Wokingham to obtain the planning they needed to create their dream home.

The planning process turned contentious surprisingly and unprecedentedly moving to a planning committee. Peter Lindley-Hughes went above and beyond to present to the committee, winning unanimous approval by all members and securing the planning required to start the build.
