I have worked with architects before but Pete always goes that little bit further and is always there for support with the most detailed and site-accurate drawings I have seen.

Pete has been great, he helped us negotiate the planning application hoops for our conservation-restoration.
This included negotiation with the planning office where the planners wanted us to not put the original stained glass back in; Pete went the extra mile to prove this was an original feature to secure planning approval for our preferred design.
He was a great help both during the design process and also providing to be a font of technical knowledge facilitating the builders to achieve a high-quality finish. This included site visits and meetings with the builder to get it just right down to the final detail.
When the builder was unable to finish the project due to personal issues, Pete came to the rescue and was able to put us in contact with the right people to get the job finished - it looks great.
I would highly recommend Pete for your architectural needs and we will use him again for any future work.

Peter and S11 Architecture have been fantastic from start to finish.
We first spoke to Peter just 3 years ago when we had just moved into our home.
Fast forward and he has been patient with us as family circumstances changed and our decisions went back and forth.
